Valid Allscripts user

• User account needs to be dedicated to Relaymed, and not belong to an individual person
• The dedicated user account needs to be used to login to Allscripts clinical module at least once before Relaymed can use it

Password Expiration

• The password will expire every 99 days
• You won't get a notification from Allscripts when it expires, as no individual email is attached to the user
• When password expires, tests will get into myrelaymed queue as Relaymed will no longer be authorised to process them automatically
• You will need to:
  • Reset the password in Allscripts Admin module
  • Log into Allscripts Clinical module where password will be prompted to be changed again
  • Update the new password in myrelaymed (Setting >> Auto Processing)
