Configuration Guide

Step 0: Before you start

  1. Ensure you have installed the EasyOne Connect software and it is running
  2. Plug the device into a USB port
  3. Download the attached .xml file.

Step 1: Add device to the Relaymed Software Agent

To add the Ndd Easy on-PC to the Relaymed Software Agent follow the Add Ethernet device to Relaymed Software Agent guide

Step 2: Configure the EasyOne Connect software

  1. From the main menu in the EasyOne Connect software navigate to 'Utilities' > 'Configuration'.1.PNG
  2. Open the 'EMR' tab.
  3. From the 'Selected EMR System' dropdown select the HL7 option - the connection tab will be displayed .2.png
  4. In the More tab, select 'Import' and, in the menu that opens, navigate to and select the .xml file downloaded at the start of the setup.xmlinstall.png
  5. In the connection tab, double click 'selected data channel' - the drop down menu to the right will now be active.3.PNG
  6. From the dropdown menu select TCP/IP.4.png
  7. Enter the IP address of the PC running the Relaymed Software Agent. If it is running on the same machine as the EasyOne Connect software enter localhost.
  8. Enter the port number of the Easy on-PC device as configured in the Relaymed Software Agent.5.PNG
  9. Click the 'Check' button - a dialog should appear to indicate that connection to the Relaymed Software Agent has been successful.6.PNG
  10. Open the 'Attachment' tab.
  11. Check the box 'Attach report'.
  12. Click 'Save' to save the settings.

Step 3: Send a test through

To verify the setup works send a test from the device to Relaymed:

  1. Perform an FVC test with the device.
  2. From the 'History' menu for the patient single click on the performed test to select it.
  3. From the toolbar expand the list of options by clicking the '>>' button.7.PNG
  4. Click the EMR button to send the test to the Relaylink.

Enable PDF Reporting

Make sure "Send PDF report" is selected when creating the EHR Mapping.

If a test fails to send it may be necessary to re-establish the connection from the EasyOne Connect software to the Relaymed Software Agent:

  1.  Navigate to the dialog in step 8 in the configuration guide above 'Utilities' > 'Configuration' > 'EMR' tab > 'Connection' tab.
  2. Click the 'Check' button - a dialog should appear to indicate that connection to the Relaymed Software Agent has been re-established. 
  3. Click 'Save' to save the settings and re-send the test.
