Managing Saved Tests in the Relaymed Portal
Relaymed automatically saves tests from connected point-of-care devices. The Saved Tests section allows you to view, search, sort, and manage these results.
Accessing Saved Tests

From the Relaymed Dashboard, click Saved Tests.

You’ll see a table of all recent results, including patient info, device, test type, and status.
Filtering Tests

Filter Options – Use the filter bar to search by patient name, test type, or device.

Date Range – Narrow results to a specific time period (“Today,” “Last 7 Days,” or custom date).
Tip: Combining filters makes it easy to quickly find a specific patient or test.
Test Statuses Explained
Saved tests can appear under different statuses depending on where they are in the workflow:
- Sent to EHR - The result has successfully been sent to the EHR.

Dismissed – The test was manually dismissed by a user and was not sent to the EHR (common reasons include duplicate results or manually entered tests).

Expired – The result was not sent to the EHR and remained unchanged in the Relaymed portal for longer than 7 days, causing it to expire automatically.
Reviewing & Managing Tests

Click into a test row to see detailed information, including device data and patient info.

Export – Download selected tests in CSV or PDF for record-keeping.
