How to Reset Your Password for the Relaymed Portal
Steps to reset your password

Go to Portal.MyRelaymed.com

Click Forgot your password

Enter the email address associated with your practice’s account

Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions
Important note:
Your new password must meet these requirements:

At least 14 characters long
-
Includes 1 uppercase letter
-
Includes 1 lowercase letter
-
Includes 1 number
-
Includes 1 symbol
Troubleshooting:
If you don’t receive the reset email:

Confirm with your administrator that you have an active account.

In some cases, you may need to be removed and re-added as a user before resetting your password.
