How to Reset Your Password for the myRelaymed Portal 

Steps to reset your password

  1. Go to myrelaymed.com
  2. Click Forgot your password

  3. Enter the email address associated with your practice’s account

  4. Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions


Important note:
Your new password must meet these requirements:

  • Password needs to be greater than 14

  • Does not contains your name, surname or email

  • Does not contain the word Relaymed 

  • Doesn't exist in a compromised password db


Troubleshooting:
If you don’t receive the reset email:

  • Confirm with your org Relaymed administrator that you have an active account.

  • In some cases, you may need to be removed and re-added as a user before resetting your password.
