How to Enter Manual Results in the Relaymed Portal

The Manual Test Entry feature* allows you to enter results directly into the Relaymed Portal and send them to your EHR.

*Note: Manual Test Entry is an add-on feature that is not included in standard Relaymed subscriptions. Please contact your Customer Success Manager or email support@relaymed.com if you’d like this enabled for your account.

How to Enter a Manual Test

  1. Locate the Manual Tests tile
    • On the Dashboard, find the Manual Tests tile.
    • You will see a dropdown menu labeled “Select test.”
  1. Choose a Test Type
    • Select the test type you wish to enter from the dropdown (e.g., Glucose, Influenza, COVID-19).
  1. Enter the Result
    • Input the required values (numeric results, positive/negative, or qualitative outcome).
  1. Save & Send
    • Click Enter result.
    • The test will be sent to your EHR and appear like an automated result.

Where Manual Results are Stored

  • Manual results are saved in the Saved Tests alongside device results.

  • This keeps all testing data consolidated in one place, ensuring nothing is missed.

  • You can view, review, and track manual entries in the same way you do with device results.


Troubleshooting

  • Result not in EHR?

    • Check the Action Required or Manual Review tiles to see if troubleshooting is needed.
