How to download and install the Relaymed Link

This video will walk you through how to download and install the Relaymed Link

You designated host machine should have:

  • Internet access (outbound HTTPS/443) with the ability to reach devices.myrelaymed.com and updates.myrelaymed.com
  • Sleep mode disabled to ensure device connectivity is never interrupted.
    Additional sleep setting can be found here.
  • A private static IP address allocated

 

After installation, make sure the Link is running my checking it's online in the myRelaymed Portal:
