How to connect the Nuclein DASH Rapid PCR System?
Relaymed has a direct integration with the Nuclein DASH device. Unlike other devices, it does not need to be added in the Software Agent.
If you have a Nuclein DASH device, here’s what to do:
1. Contact Relaymed

New customers (onboarding): Reach out to your onboarding specialist and request to connect your Nuclein DASH.

Existing customers (live): Contact us via chat or email, noting that you’d like to connect the Nuclein DASH.
2. Connection setup

Relaymed will contact Nuclein DASH to exchange your unique identifier and add it to your facility
- Relaymed will confirm once that's setup
3. Test the connection

Once confirmed, tests should flow from the Nuclein DASH to Relaymed

The Nuclein DASH will appear in Relaymed as “unassigned”, with your identifier + the serial number automatically used as its name.

(Note: the device name is allocated automatically and cannot be changed.)

4. Assign the device

Assign the Nuclein DASH to the correct location in Relaymed.

Once assigned, the connection is complete and ready to use.
Additional devices
If you have multiple Nuclein DASH units:

Additional devices should start sending data to Relaymed automatically

Be sure to assign each device to the correct location so your reports remain accurate.
