eClinicalWorks aka eCW - Ref Ranges
Reference Ranges are not crossing to eCW
Depending on the device, some Reference Ranges must be manually entered into Relaymed from the client end in order for the ranges to cross over properly. Other devices may need to have the "override device" ticked in myrelaymed to enter those ranges.
This is done by:
Logging into myrelaymed.com
Settings followed by Test types
Select edit(pencil icon)
Select the "+" next to each analyte to add the low/high or value.
Save then run a test to confirm information crossing over as necessary.
