Configuration Guide
The BioFire Film Array doesn't communicate with Relaymed through the Software Agent. Instead the device communicates directly through HTTPS protocol.
The device needs to be configured by a BioFire Engineer to be able to talk to Relaymed.
The steps to configure the BioFire are as follows:
- Register a new Software Agent in the myRelaymed portal ("Settings" tile >> "Software Agents")
- Make sure the "Software agent ID" has no spaces and is descriptive
- An example for a good software agent ID:
biofire-fimarray
- Static IP can be left blank
- Share the following URL with the BioFire engineer:
https://process.myrelaymed.com/<software-agent-ID>/<device serial number>
