 Step 1: Add device to the Relaymed Software Agent

Step 2: Connect device to the network

• Connect with an Ethernet cable to the internal network

Step 3: Setup the device

1. Select

2. From the LIS Setup screen, select   to enter the communication settings.
3. Use the on-screen keyboard and drop-down lists to enter Ethernet Communication settings and select green tick to accept the information. Enter here the Relaymed Software Agent host IP and port.
4. Select "Enable Host" > "Ethernet", and enter the Device ID using the on-screen keyboard.
5. Select "Auto Transmit - Patient" and select the type of sample from the options to be automatically transmitted.
6. Select Transmit DIFF Scatterplot and/or Transmit RBC and PLT Histogram - not required for Relaymed. Can be turned off.
7. Select green tick when prompted to confirm your selection.
